I blew a kiss at the Moon and she kissed me back

Engulfed in this magnificent creature I mean well the Moon........................I love her and everytime she is full bodied she calls my name................whispering Mia come out and Playyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy..................

Yesterday was crazy so it was the Lunar eclipse but I was amped full of rage, excitement, and joy. I was up waiting on this miraculous sight of meteor showers and a full bodied moon to make you howl like a wolf...hmf I fell asleep
what the hell????????????????? I woke up at 3am and ran outside the back yard hopeing to find her but the clouds were a color I had never seen before. I just couldnt believe it!Had I missed this event that would be lost to me for a couple of decades?? I ran back inside then walked out the front door no coat, flipflops and pure excitement. I searched for her over and over again called out her name but she was gone :(....................I started to stay up and get back online but my heart was hurting.
I went to sleep and the most amazing thing happened she came to me...I looked out the window and there was this intoxicating glow. Like a child my pupils were enlarged and I jumped up like I saw a reindeer in the sky and woke everyone up in the house! We all ran out the front door and just revelled in her beauty....Wow I didn't miss it at all!!!!!Yippy We looked towards the left and there appeared to be a second moon larger than life headed towards us.We all walked towards it in a hurried pace,but when we got there it was a make shift moon that the neighbors had created in celebration of her homecoming. as we walked back the Moon was so orange and the sky was so creamy purple it was awwww.................. no words can describe it. Red bursts, orange burst, purpleness all in one and the joy that was radiating within us was amazing.The only thing missing was a picture to show proof of her visit because after all she was mine ;) some how I drifted back to sleep only to awake by a phone call and I wondered what really happened?????
Later today a friend stopped over and only after she described what happened did I know she "the Moon" was my special friend and she visted me personally,while others only saw a simple picture..............................the darkness appeared but I was shown the Light! Iba se Babaluaiye thanx for the manisfestation "Life is Beauty" so take care of her..............................The Solstice Moon kissed me and I kissed her back!. So Happy I dream in color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

seriously If at first you don't succeed

Today is day4! Wow! not feeling bad just a little tired this morning......................I want sleep. But, if I didn't have to go to work I would honestly be up by 6:30a feeling refreshed.

Okay Update....................................................

Day 2 :why were pecans calling me ? okay I have an ancestral shrine in my home and I kept getting all these cravings...........Nana wants Roasted Pecans! but instead of putting it all together it became : MIa WANTS PECANS .............................salivating!I could smell every inch of the nut without even opening the bag.What the frazzle rocks? Who is this person who now has Canine characteristics? so I was led to play on the computer in my bedroom and bring my bag of pecans ........I swear! ok so my shrine is near my bed and I was on my bed near my shrine. Oh I forgot to mention: I sleep low profile. I goes and gets my bag and as I'm eating them I look over and say Na Na I will buy you a bag tommorrow. Then I say and I will roast them for you with salt. Not thinking shes talking to me and asking for these nuts I eat some. My belly was so tight! I felt like I was about to pop!

Day3 :Damn Krispy Kreme!Damn them to hell! I had to take my individuals to work and before I even got close I could smell them fresh bad boyz.Bad Boyz, Bad Boyz, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when Krispy Kreme is calling for you! and the Hot sign was on........................ It wasn't the sign! It was my canine abilities! I picked up my trusty cup guzzled and kept it moving...... *getting ready for work*

And we're off to see the Wizard the wonderful Wizard of Oz!

ugh day 1 blues

so lets be honest here I'm a punk...........yeah I said a punk!
I did not eat anything all day. So at around 3:30p I decide I want to begin.Bad move now I'm hungry and I can smell every delectible bite just from the scrumptious pictures.I drank my liter of salt water and guess what happened? I threw up all of it! I thought this was supposed to make my bowels move ...ugh. So you know I wanna quit right. Well, I can't, I must go on. I guess that means smooth move in the morning and evening. Oh well now let's grab a delectible glass to quinch my hunger .............yum!

and we're off to see the wizard the wonderful wizard of Oz.............peace

why I'm cleansing

so okay I'm a natural food lover well...more of a watcher, cookbook ultimate fan, recipe diva if you will............
But I've been letting myself go hmm.........
I mean I still weigh the same amount but weight has never really been an issue for me. But my health is fair.......... I rarely get sick, but I do have a terrible menstrual cycle.It's awful you would sware I was in labor.Not the case........................................sad face but I digress
5-7 days of pure hell!. No other way to put it. I am a student, a lover, a promoter of whole-listic health. I however am a slave to cheese; shredded, diced, melted on everything, and by itself. Now you see the problem.................. I know what to do. I really do, but not cheese, really, why cheese; can I at least have cheese? Please don't answer this you will only hurt my heart.

So doing the master cleanse is more than just a simple weight loss propaganda.I need it! I need to relearn how a body should feel when it's not bogged down. I need to learn the art of discipline/self control. So follow me and I will give you more than an eyefull of what really goes down!
******and then after the storm my face will be bright as ever and perhaps I won't have an allergic reaction to tomatoes******
ps I heard we may see some parasites ewwww but like I said I'm studing holistic health so I will be downing that cayenne..........

I'm kind of hungry and monday is going to come fast so ttyl time to eat and then get ready to drink some Smooth Move Tea!
