why I'm cleansing

so okay I'm a natural food lover well...more of a watcher, cookbook ultimate fan, recipe diva if you will............
But I've been letting myself go hmm.........
I mean I still weigh the same amount but weight has never really been an issue for me. But my health is fair.......... I rarely get sick, but I do have a terrible menstrual cycle.It's awful you would sware I was in labor.Not the case........................................sad face but I digress
5-7 days of pure hell!. No other way to put it. I am a student, a lover, a promoter of whole-listic health. I however am a slave to cheese; shredded, diced, melted on everything, and by itself. Now you see the problem.................. I know what to do. I really do, but not cheese, really, why cheese; can I at least have cheese? Please don't answer this you will only hurt my heart.

So doing the master cleanse is more than just a simple weight loss propaganda.I need it! I need to relearn how a body should feel when it's not bogged down. I need to learn the art of discipline/self control. So follow me and I will give you more than an eyefull of what really goes down!
******and then after the storm my face will be bright as ever and perhaps I won't have an allergic reaction to tomatoes******
ps I heard we may see some parasites ewwww but like I said I'm studing holistic health so I will be downing that cayenne..........
and I will be posting pics every few days
I'm kind of hungry and monday is going to come fast so ttyl time to eat and then get ready to drink some Smooth Move Tea!

  1. Cheese is my problem too. I am doing better since I ate some mashed potatoes with cheese and have a rather violent episode of throwing up. I know, TMI, but I'm just sayin...Did that stop me though? NO!!! I just don't put as much. I'm trying to get off the cheese, but for 33 years we have gotten along fine and now my body is RUINING IT!!!LOL I going to start my Master Cleanse on Sept 22, but I'm using prune juice instead of tea and salt water. We'll see how it goes...
